Book Your Free 15-minute Discovery Call
The road to success always begins with a free Discovery Call. During this call, we will have a quick chat so I can learn more about your child and the challenges you are experiencing with their sleep. You will have every opportunity to ask as many questions as you like, and I will explain how the whole process works.
Schedule a Start Date
After the Discovery Call, if you are still interested in moving forward, you will purchase a sleep plan. If you are not located in Golden, that’s completely fine! I offer virtual consultations, which means we can work together to teach your child independent sleep skills no matter where you are located.
Complete Preliminary Questionnaire
The Preliminary Questionnaire is comprehensive and it gives me the information I need to analyze your child’s sleep habits, routines, temperament, and more. I will write a personalized, easy-to-follow sleep plan that will allow you to teach your baby, toddler, or older child to sleep independently.
